A break up is a terrible experience for a person to go through. The hurt inside can be unbearable at times. Sleepless nights, and lack of appetite are just a few severe physical symptoms. Your mind also is affected. Your thoughts spin out of control. You can feel, angry, sad, helpless, all at the same time. All you want to do is get your ex girlfriend back.
